The anti-obesity effect of Coconut Oil has to do with helping thyroid gland efficiency and increasing one’s appetite satisfaction. This allows people to push the plate away because they’re not “still hungry” even though they’ve eaten.

Athletes use Coconut Oil in their diets to increase energy and stamina.
Coconut Oil’s ability to control hunger and cravings is well documented. Its medium chain fatty acids promote thermogenesis (creation of heat) and lead to increased metabolic rates and more energy for performance.

P.S. Coconut Oil can be used in place of other oils to roast, fry, sauté, and cook with.
